MINUTES
OF A MEETING OF THE CLARKSVILLE TOWN COUNCIL
Held On February 27, 2007
An
executive session of the Clarksville Town Council was called to
order on the 27th day of February, 2007 at 7:50 P.M.
in the executive conference room of the Clarksville Municipal Center
Administration Building by Council President Paul Kraft.
Council
members present: Paul Kraft, Gregory Isgrigg, Kelly Conn, Raymond
Richert, Donald Tetley, Bob Popp and David Fisher. Council members
absent: None. Also present at the meeting: Town Attorney Samuel
Gwin, Fire Chief Robert Hansford, Assistant Fire Chief Randy Hollis,
Firefighter Kelly Rudder, John Gilbert, Thomas Upton, Jeff Bell,
Firefighters Union Attorney Keith Carlson and Clerk-Treasurer Gary
Hall.
Chairman
Kraft announced that this executive session had been properly advertised
and was being held pursuant to statutory authority to discuss initiation
of litigation which is either pending or has been threatened specifically
in writing, the subject matter specified in the public notice. Discussion
was held on the subject matter for which the meeting was called,
no other business was conducted at the executive session other than
the discussion on the advertised matter. The executive session was
duly adjourned at 9:45 P.M.
