MEMORANDUM OF AN EXECUTIVE SESSION OF
THE CLARKSVILLE TOWN COUNCIL HELD ON JANUARY 8, 2008

An executive session of the Clarksville Town Council was called to order by Council President Paul Kraft on the 8th day of January 2008 at 8:05 P.M. in the executive conference room of the Clarksville Municipal Center Administration Building.

Council members present:  Paul Kraft, Gregory Isgrigg, Vicki Appleby, Raymond Richert, Donald Tetley, Bob Popp and David Fisher.  Council members absent:  None.  Also present at the meeting: Town Attorney Chris Sturgeon and Clerk-Treasurer Gary Hall.

Chairman Kraft announced that this executive session had been properly advertised and was being held pursuant to statutory authority to discuss job performance evaluations of individual employees, the subject matter specified in the public notice.  Discussion was held on the subject matter for which the meeting was called, and no other business was conducted at the executive session.  The executive session was duly adjourned at 9:31 P.M.
