MINUTES OF AN EXECUTIVE SESSION OF
THE CLARKSVILLE TOWN COUNCIL
 HELD ON JULY 8, 2008

Council members present:  Gregory Isgrigg, Vicki Appleby, Raymond Richert, Donald Tetley,  Bob Popp and David Fisher.   Council members absent:  Paul Kraft.  Also present at the meeting:  Town Attorney Chris Sturgeon, Town Attorney  Rebecca Lockard, Building Inspector Bob Polston, Planning Consultant Sharon Wilson, Town Engineer Tom Clevidence, and Street Commissioner Donnie Hansford.

The meeting, having been properly advertised pursuant to statute to consider the initiation of litigation or litigation either currently pending or threatened in writing and the purchase or lease of property prior to execution of contract or lease agreement, was called to order  at 11:00 A.M. on July 8, 2008.  Discussion was held on the subject matter for which the meeting was called, and no other business was conducted at the executive session.

Following discussion of the subject matter for which the meeting was called, the executive session was duly adjourned at 1:00 P.M.
